What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Can I arrive early or leave a little later?

We’re happy to try and accommodate! Just let us know—availability depends on whether other guests are coming or going around your stay.

Where can I park?

There’s plenty of space! Our driveway fits up to 4 cars.

I’m bringing an EV—can I charge it at the house?

Absolutely! Just give us a heads-up in advance so we can get it ready for you (same-day requests usually work too). You’ll use the same PIN from check-in to access the garage.

What kind of EV charger is available?

We’ve got a Tesla Universal Wall Connector, which includes a built-in J1772 adapter—so it works for most EVs!

How do I use the TVs and streaming services?

Each TV is equipped with a Roku streaming device in guest mode. You can log into your favorite streaming apps, and it’ll automatically log you out after your stay. The Roku remote also controls the TV power and volume—so everything you need is in one place!

Is there a washer and dryer available?

What should I do with trash and recycling?

Indoor bins are available for both trash and recycling. Once they’re full, you can use the outdoor barrels located on the side of the house.

Are pets allowed?

We love furry friends, but unfortunately, we don’t allow pets—unless they’re certified service animals.

Is smoking allowed anywhere on the property?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. However, you’re welcome to smoke by the firepit or in the designated area on the side of the house.

Is there a grill available for guest use?

Yes! We have a BBQ grill available in the backyard, complete with barbecue utensils for your use. Perfect for outdoor meals and summer vibes!
