✅ Check-In Information

  • Check-in time: After 3:00 PM

  • You’ll receive a unique access code prior to your arrival. This code gives you secure access to the home through the front door keypad.

  • You’ll have full access to the most of the house, including all living areas, bedrooms, and the backyard, except for the following:

    • Garage (unless you’ve specifically requested EV charging in advance).

    • Other designated no-access areas (e.g., storage closets or utility rooms).

We want your arrival to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you run into any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out!

🧳 Check-Out Information

  • Check-out time: By 11:00 AM

  • We kindly ask that you verify the following before leaving:

☐ Stove and oven are OFF
☐ Patio door is locked
☐ Small appliances are unplugged and/or OFF
☐ Both lower level thermostat are turned OFF
☐ Front door is pulled completely shut
